Subject: Back in Vienna

Dear Mr. Yadav,
we have just arrived in Vienna this morning and I want to give you a short feedback. The tour was very good arranged, so that we saw a lot, the guides were very good and we always had a safe feeling with our good driver Anil.

As to the hotels, we liked them with one exception. The Narayan Niwas Palace in Jaisalmer is neither of superior quality nor a heritage hotel, the bathroom was leaking and we had all two days no hot water (dispite we made our complaints at the reception), the breakfast room was ugly. If you had offered us a better accommodation, even with surplus charge, be sure, we would have accepted it.

We had two wonderful days in Udaipur, we enjoyed the Fateh Prakash Palace and the wonderful view. If these one complaint would not have existed, the whole journey would have been absolutely perfect.

Kind regards,
Ilse Domes

We just arrived back to the Netherlands after a wonderfull vacation in India. We would like to thank you for making our holliday to Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Goa really a beautiful experience. Everthing was perfectly arranged by Indovision. We were always picked up in time by your employees. Our driver Punjeeb (?) was really a nice man and he mananged to drive us in his Ambassador safely trough Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. The hotels were nice and the food in India is a feast to eat. If we ever visit India again we will certainly book our holliday at your company again.

Hi Anil

Well it's a week since we all returned home after our 'Indian Adventure'. An adventure it certainly was that we all enjoyed and we have many highlights. From the Taj Mahal to seeing a tiger, we each have moments to always treasure.

We have to thank you and your company for your superherb organisation. Everything went so smoothly and there was always someone to meet and guide us. We will certainly recommend you and your company to our friends and family. Couple of the hotels we felt were below standard. The Clarks, in Varanasia was very tired and the cleanliness of their public rooms, especially the toilets was well below the standard of a good hotel, if not disgusting. It all felt as if it needed upgrading. We also had very poor basic rooms at the Ranbanka, Jodhpur.

Our guide in Udaipur, Ajah (I think) though very good just needs to speak a little more slowly as we sometimes it was difficult to follow. Carolyn & Cliff's 2 nights in Delhi were a real disappointment for them. Their room was sub standard and in definite need of decorating, and the sheets felt damp. Their guide was poor and didn't accompany them walking around the sites and indeed expected them to pay for her to have a cycle rickshaw to herself The guide's mobility was obviously poor they actually made an excuse and cut short their arranged sightseeing.

Besides these the other hotels were excellent and highly recommendable. Some we wished we had more than one night, as in the Ranjit's Svaasa, Amritsar and the Holiday Inn, Khajuraho. We also have to say we had some excellent, knowledgeable and interesting guides. Particularly in Varanasia, Agra, Khajuraho, and the bird sanctuary. In fact all the staff from Khajuraho / Orchha have to be highly recommended for there were all -courteous, smart, knowledgeable, smiling and very helpful.

Thanks again
Nina

Subject: Thank you from Australia

Dear Anil, Namaste,
We are now back home in Australia and I am just writing you a note to thank you very much for a wonderful holiday in India and to also thank you for a most professionally run schedule. Every time and voucher was exact and we were very happy with our accomodation and transport.

I would particularly like to commend the driver we had most of the way. He was such a nice person, even though he spoke little english, but his driving skills were amazing.

Thank you for your suggestion to stay in Tikli Bottom, which was a wonderful finale to our trip. It was wonderful to relax in such serene surroundings after such a busy schedule. I would recommend this place to anyone, whether they were interested in farming or not. The Udai Hotel at Bharaptur was at the other end of the scale.
Our only other suggestion is that the tipping system needs some clarification, as in Australia we have no idea of such a system and we had no idea we wold need to tip as much as we did. Maybe just an outline before leaving would be good.

Many thanks once again for your excellent organization.
John and Glenys Dymock

Subject: Taj and Tiger

Dear Anil 'Namaste'

Just a note to express our thanks for our recent tour to the 'Golden Triangle' and Ranthambore National Park. Your organisation was excellent. Everything happened on time and you provided excellent guides at each venue.

We particularly want to commend our driver Anil, who drove safely, was always polite and on time and made our holiday so comfortable. All the hotels, particularly The Imperial, were first class, the only slight disappointment being the Taj View in Agra, which was not up to the standards one expects from the Taj Group. Its a pity we didn't see any Tigers, but you can't have everything.

Once again we thank Indovision Tours for a wonderful tour, we shall certainly recommend you to any of our friends contemplating a visit to India.

Regards
George Pyman and Monica Garrity

Subject: Our North India/Nepal trip

Dear Anil,
I would like to take this opportunity and praise you for the services we have received from you in preparing to and during our recent trip.

My wife and I required a customized trip, because we wanted to pack as much as possible into the 2 ½ weeks that we had available for our journey. In addition, we had several very specific, non-negotiable, places we wanted to visit. (We have visited Delhi, Udaipur, Jod h pur, Jaipur, Agra, Khajuraho, Varanasi, and Kathmandu ).

I contacted five different tour operators via email and at the end had chosen Indovision, or , should I say, you. From the very start, your proposal was the most comprehensive, understanding, flexible, precise, and reasonab le in price.

During the next couple of weeks, as we were working on and finalizing our itinerary with you, we were very demanding and meticulous , while you were most accommodating, patient, and expedient in your correspondence with us. This resulted in a great itinerary - something we think we could never achieve with a big group tour operator.

I also liked that you only required 20% of the payment upfront, and paying through your website with a credit card was very secure.

We were a bit worried about the logistics of the trip. But from the moment you met us at the Delhi airport and to the hour of departure back to the US everything went as a song. Indovision ' s subsidiaries and partners in all places were punctual and professional. Tour guides were of varied depth and intellectual capacity , but this is usually the fact everywhere we travel as well . At least, almost all of them were adequate and had a good mastery of English . Even on a happier note, our Indovision driver in Rajasthan and then back in Delhi was exceptional. He was kind, practical , and helpful, with a good mastery of English as an added bonus He showed us the best view of Taj Mahal, too (which was also free, the way the most of the best things are ).

All in all, thank you again for making our trip most enjoyable and memorable ! I have already requested the webmaster to add the name of your company to the epinions.co m portal . When they do, I will leave a positive review there, for all users to see. I will also highly recommend Indovision to all of my friends.

Best regards,
Alex Kernerman

Subject: My recent trip

Anil,
My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Since returning to the UK from my recent trip to India , and particularly Kerala, I have changed jobs - hence the different email address.

I wanted to thank you and your colleagues on behalf of myself and Mr Daniel Pearson for an excellent holiday. All the arrangements were perfect, and we really enjoyed it. The choice of accommodation was very good. I would recommend our choices to anyone. The House boat was just so much fun too!! Our driver was superb.

I did take the opportunity to go to visit the Leela in Kovalam for a day - I thought you might be interested in my reflections for future itineraries: It is a more luxurious property that the Taj Green Cove. It does have a better pool and views over the ocean. However, I found the Green Cove to be more intimate and if I can say, friendly. The staff in the Spa - and the quality of the massage and other treatments was outstanding.

Thank you again for all your help, and I hope to return again soon for another trip.

Kind regards
Kay

Hi Anil,
Thank you for your e-mail below, Anil from my first e-mail to my last as the organiser of the group you made this task extremely easy for me, you treated me with honesty and professionalism rarely seen today for which I deeply appreciate, I would without reservation recommend your e-mail address to anyone who wants it.

The tour, what a tour it was an experience of a lifetime, mainly due to our tour guide Rajeev, everyone had nothing but the utmost of praise for him, his knowledge and expertise was of the highest standard. He looked after us as we were his family, which made the tour all the more enjoyable, after all the Irish
are a totally different race of people to the rest of Europe, which must have been a challenge for Rajeev himself, we certainly tested his skills.

As for our Driver and his helper what a pair of true gentlemen with genuine skills, after all we have seen the way ye drive and at no time were made uneasy. we spent some time on the bus and it was fantastic to watch the mayhem and what appeared to confusion (but we were the only ones confused) on your roads
from the comfort of the bus.

All of the above is nothing but praise which is guinely given and believe me Anil we can be criticial when the need requires us. Thank you for everything we as a group will certainly recommend your company to anybody who is visiting India on a touring holiday.

Regards,
Frank

Dear Anil,
I want to apologize for taking so long to respond to your request for feedback. I kept putting it off, and once my classes began again I had trouble finding the
time.

I would like to say how much Nichole and I enjoyed our visit to your beautiful country. From the moment we arrived at the airport in Delhi until the moment we were dropped off, our tour was perfect in execution. There was never a moment where we were waiting for our driver or guide. We were given a thorough itinerary which made our trip easy and allowed us to read about where we were going ahead of time.

I'd like to say how much we valued and appreciated Vijoa, our driver. He was very friendly and kind to us, and always made sure we got the most out of our
visit. He was absolutly a wonderful person to have around! As two women traveling alone, Nichole and I frequently encountered challenging situations. Having Vijoa around was very reassuring and made us feel very safe.

The accomodations were great, and I really enjoyed getting to stay in the heritage hotel of Bissau Palace. What an interesting place! Our guides were
excellent, and were really interested in sharing their great cities with us.

Thank you so much for being so communicative, easy to reach, and accomodating in helping us plan our trip. It truely was the trip of a lifetime, and I feel very special to have been able to visit Incredible India!

Sincerely,
Catherine Taylor
